Abstract:
To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a stretched film, in which necking stretching is performed by controlling a position of necking, a stretched film with little stretching unevenness is obtained by controlling necking stability and a neck-in ratio is reduced.
The method for manufacturing a stretched film comprises: imparting tension to a film; and raising the temperature of part of the tensioned film from a temperature at which there is no change in film width to a temperature at which necking occurs, whereby the film is caused to undergo necking/stretching.
