Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of a pressure measuring apparatus while solving the problem incident to the usage thereof.
SOLUTION: An ambient pressure sensor 23a detects the pressure difference P2-P1 between the atmospheric pressure P2 and the pressure P1 of a gas A enclosed in a gas chamber 41 while a main measuring pressure sensor 23b detects the pressure difference P3-P1 between the pressure of an object P3 and the pressure P1 of gas A. An electrical signal is then delivered through an amplifier to a subtractor circuit where the gauge pressure P3-P2 of object is measured.
