Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of uniformly dispersing and mixing a granular material in a viscous material.
SOLUTION: A funnel having lower height than the side wall of a vessel is arranged inside the cylindrical vessel and a peripheral groove is formed to be partitioned between the inside wall of the vessel and the outside wall of the funnel. In a process that the liquid viscous material is continuously introduced into the inside of the peripheral groove from the outside of the vessel, over flown toward the inside of the funnel, and flows down along the inside wall of the funnel, the granular material is supplied by a fixed quantity in the funnel to be uniformly dispersed and mixed in the liquid viscous material.
