Abstract:

To provide a method for a mixing a whipped dough with an ingredient, with which the whipped dough can be uniformly mixed with the ingredient without releasing foams in the whipped dough and an apparatus therefor.

The whipped dough 10 of a food is supplied from a nozzle 11 to a first conveyor 12, made into a sheetlike form by a leveling rod 13, etc., and fed to a mixing tank 30. On the other hand, the ingredient 20 composed of a ground material of nut, etc., is fed to a hopper 22, transported by a second conveyor 21 and uniformly sprinkled on the sheetlike whipped dough 10 by a chute 23. The whipped dough 11 thus mixed with the ingredient 20 is mildly stirred by a screw 32 of the mixing tank 30 and taken out.
