Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate faults that a distance between a detecting position and a regulating position is long and a rapid regulation can not be done in a method for cutting a side end periphery by a cutting means fixed by temporary laminating in advance with a deviation of a marked line and an unevenness of a manual operation at the time of laminating a base sheet with the line drawn on the side end periphery as a reference and a cushion sheet.
SOLUTION: In the step of molding a cover rubber sheet 23 by laminating a base sheet 22 of unvulcanized rubber and a cushion sheet 21, the sheet 22 having wider width than that of the sheet 21 is temporarily laminated on a lower surface of the sheet 21, an edge of the sheet 22 is detected, with the detected edge as a reference positions of cutting means 2, 2' are decided, and both side end peripheries of the sheet 21 are cut. Then, the cut peripheries are removed from the sheet 22, thereby regulating the position of the sheet 21 in its lateral direction to the sheet 22.
