Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly hold the peripheral edge part of a skin material even when a molding top force lowers, to reduce infliction of a load on this part when the top force rises after molding and when a product is pushed up and to prevent faulty release of the skin material, in a method and an apparatus for molding a laminated molded body which is molded by sticking a resin core material and the skin material together integrally.
SOLUTION: Support poles 72 supporting a skin setting frame 71 are so fitted to a molding bottom tool 60 as to be movable upward and downward, as a holding mechanism of the skin material 22 in mold press molding or cold press molding. In order to suppress abrupt lowering of the support poles 72, a rubber body 73 for holding the support pole is provided, or a locking mechanism, such as a pole plunger mechanism or a ratchet mechanism, and a spring 76 for preventing dropping are used in combination.
