Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a predetermined molded product capacity in the molding of a plastic molded product by making it possible to accurately mold an internal shape.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of the molding of a plastic molded product having an expanded part provided to a part of its cylindrical part, a primary molded product wherein the part corresponding to the expanded part is formed into an opened cylindrical body is prepared. Next, the cylindrical body of this primary molded product is heated to blow moldable temp. by a heater 31. Further, in such a state that the heated part is held between blow split molds 28-i, 28-2 having a cavity prescribing the expanded part, air is sent into the molded product main body from a part of the cylindrical part through an air blow-in port 27 to form the expanded part by blow molding.
