Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the sealing strength of a seal molded by thermally fusion bonding and to mold the seal in a desired external appearance shape in order to enhance the density of the seal of a synthetic resin tube.
CONSTITUTION: The protruding end 3 of the end 2 of a tube 1 which is flatly collapsed is thermally melted, the volume of the end 3 is compressed to be reduced to 0.65 to 0.80 times, and extrusion molded to the seal 5 of a desired shape. Thus, the density of the seal is enhanced, and the seal can be molded in the desired shape.
