PURPOSE: To cause the whole material to generate an electromagnetic driving force by using the Fleming's left-hand rule through applying a varying electric field and a varying magnetic field simultaneously to said material.

CONSTITUTION: A three-phase electric field generator composed of three pole plates 3 and a three-phase magnetic field generator composed of three magnetic poles 4 generate a rotating electric field and a rotating magnetic field respectively generated arbitrarily relative to the outside. When the phases of said two fields are made to coincide with each other by way of explanation, they can be expressed as shown in the drawing. In this case, said three-phase AC electric field generator and three-phase AC magnetic field generator are designated by 8; three-phase-composed electric field and magnetic field, by 9, 10; and the lines of force (electromagnetic lines of force) of said electric field and magnetic field acting on the outside, by 10.
