Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing the part mounting order suitable for a part mounter comprising a work head for mounting a plurality of parts on a board by sucking.
SOLUTION: In the case of a mounter comprising a work head sucking not more than four parts, all parts to be optimized are arranged in units of the type of part, i.e., the collection of the same type of parts, in the order of the number of parts thus generating a part histogram (Fig. 14(a)). A partial histogram 400 is then taken out from the generated histogram and arranged on two-dimensional coordinates where the abscissa (Z axis) represents the arrangement of part cassette and the ordinate represents the number of suction times of the work head. Furthermore, partial histograms 401a, b are arranged to generate a histogram where the width (number of parts) in the direction of abscissa becomes 4 (Fig. 14(b)).
