A method for inserting a moving fiber of a certain length into at least one component in a fiber drawing, fiber winding or fiber test step includes a step for engaging the fiber with a certain position existing between a fiber supply source and an aspirator along the length of the fiber and a step for moving the fiber and promoting the insertion of the fiber into at least one component in the fiber drawing step.
