Abstract:
To provide a method for preventing deterioration of an oil which permits to maintain for a long time freshness of an oil such as an edible oil, a lubricant or the like and prolong the period before discarded (the life) as long as possible.
The method comprises injecting an inert gas into an oil thereby to mix and disperse the inert gas as fine bubbles in the oil. Preferably, the inert gas is mixed as a fine bubble in an inert gas-mixing part 4 with the oil while compulsorily circulating the oil in an oil tank 1 via circulation paths 31, 32 and 33. Desirably, the oil is filtered through a filter 2 before mixed with the inert gas.
