Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify an image converting operation and to make a conversion condition clear by forming at least one hierarchical database, performing access to information inside the database and executing an electronic image processing. CONSTITUTION: When a command is inputted from a control pannel keyboard matrix 102 or a GPI interface 106, a key stroke is made into a code and transferred to PC 50 with an RS line 116 and a serial interface card 90 and database scanning is started. PC 50 receives a time command from a video processor 120 with VME94B, receives timing information with one of RS 422 ports connected to a communication board 72, issues the command with a PC back plane 56 and the message memory of a processor 74 after scanning the database, controlling external video recorders 86A-86H, issues the command with an ATI interface card 94 and also controls a video processor 120.
