Abstract:
PURPOSE: To process food without the need of a different coarse crashing process other than a bone removal device by providing a driven rotor and a pressurizing/ crashing bar member inside a cylindrical casing and utilizing the cooperative action. CONSTITUTION: This method is constituted of a process for crashing the carcass of an animal as it is and obtaining a mixture in which hard tissues such as bones and tendons, etc., and edible meat are mixed, the process for sending the mixture to helical cutting members 161 and 162 separated from each other, the process for making the mixture cooperate at plural cutting tooth parts 164 at a part of the helical cutting members 161 and 162 extended on a plane practically vertical to a rotor shaft 129, the process for moving the mixture between the pressurizing/crashing bar member 130 and the rotor 129 and further introducing it into a wedge-shaped pocket P whose thickness is gradually reduced toward the rotating direction of the rotor 129 and the process for introducing, cutting and pressurizing a material, introducing it into the wedge-shaped pocket P and separating it into the edible meat and waste by the cooperation of plural parallel grooves 166 and tooth parts 165 engaged and matched with the cutting teeth of the helical cutting members 161 and 162 and formed in the pressurizing/crashing bar member 130 and the cutting teeth of the helical, cutting members 161 and 162.
