PURPOSE: To efficiently and stably produce artificial marble of excellent patterning.

CONSTITUTION: A compd. for a base color is charged in a container 1 and a patterning compd. is charged in the compd. for the base color and, thereafter, the container 1 is tilted to pour the compd. in the container into a hopper 2. Next, this hopper 2 is moved along a form 3 and the compd. in the hopper 2 is poured in the form 3 while distributed through a plurality of the holes provided to the lower part of the hopper 2 and the compd. in the form 3 is cured to demold artificial marble molded into a plate shape.
