Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuous produce a long concrete panel having a decorative surface.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete material is supplied to the upper surface of the palette fed by a conveyor from the concrete material supply device 3 of a molding part 4 equipped with a rotary spiral core rod 14 and pressed by a pressure frame 10 having a vibrator 11 to form a molded object and, thereafter, a decorative material is supplied from a decorative material supply device to be applied to the molded object by a roller 21. This molded object is cut into predetermined length by a cutter having a rotary cutting blade 7 and transferred in synchronous relation to the palette to produce a long concrete panel.
