PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of burr or drainage inferiority by bringing upper and lower molds to an elastic contact state in a watertight state and allowing the water extracted from undried concrete when the concrete is pressed between the upper and lower molds to flow out to a vertical hole from the outflow route provided to the surface of the lower mold.
CONSTITUTION: When upper and lower molds 31 are brought to a pressure contact state, the lower end of the upper mold and the surface outer peripheral part of the lower mold 31 are brought to an elastic contact state in a watertight state. Therefore, the water and cement component extracted from concrete do not flow out of the contact part of both molds. Further, since the upper and lower molds are brought to the elastic contact state, even when strain is generated in the lower end surface of the upper mold or the upper surface of the lower mold and a gap is generated between both molds at the time of pressure contact, the gap can be filled up by the elastic contact state of both molds. Further, the water extracted from concrete can be allowed to flow out to vertical holes 36 from the outflow routes 35 provided to the entire surface of the lower mold 31. By this constitution, the generation of burr at the peripheral edge part of a molded concrete panel can be prevented and the concrete panel from which a predetermined amt. of water extracted can be obtained.
