Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present in the form of a sample a powdered cosmetic which is completely the same as a real powdered cosmetic in a color tone, a luster and a touch, and to make such powdered cosmetic adhere firmly to a base sheet.
SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a supply device 11 which supplies a paper mount whereon a number of indents each in a oval shape as seen in plan view with its bottom formed in a curved plate-like shape are formed, a filling device 15 which fills a powdered cosmetic into optional indents out of the aforementioned numerous indents so as to cover the indents at the upside of the supplied paper mount, a press device 16 which presses the filled powdered cosmetic, a laminate device 17 which sticks a laminate material to the upside of the paper mount so as to cover the pressed powdered cosmetic, and a cutting device 18 which obtains a cosmetic sheet by cutting specified parts of the paper mount processed at the laminate device 17.
