Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hydrogen-containing water for drinking that allows hydrogen-containing water to be filled into a packaging container while suppressing a decrease in the concentration of dissolved hydrogen, and to provide an apparatus for producing the hydrogen-containing water for drinking.SOLUTION: A method of producing hydrogen-containing water for drinking comprises (a) a deaeration process 6, (b) a hydrogen dissolving process 8, (c) a filling process 9, and (d) a sealing process 11. A predetermined pressure is applied by a pressure pump 5 to a water passage from purified water supplied to a deaerator 6 to hydrogen-containing water injected into a packaging container. The process (c) 9 includes the steps of sucking gas in the packaging container and removing the gas through a filling device 9 while maintaining a state where an injection port of the packaging container is connected to a filling nozzle of the filling device 9, injecting the hydrogen-containing water, to which the predetermined pressure has been applied, into the packaging container, and supplying the hydrogen-containing water remaining inside the filling device into the packaging container under pressure to discharge bubbles remaining inside the packaging container, and releases the connection between the injection port and the filling nozzle to be shifted to the process (d) 11.
