Milk is suctioned from a container 1 by means of a pump 2 and conveyed to an outlet 8 in the method and apparatus for producing milk foam or warm milk drinks. The milk is sent through a continuous-flow heater 4 during suction and is conveyed to the outlet 8 via a throttle point 9. In this way, an extremely digestible milk foam can be produced in a simple way when air or a gas is added to the milk.
