Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which the flavor of milks obtained through a heat sterilization step is effectively improved, and further to provide an apparatus therefor.
SOLUTION: The raw material milk is subjected to a heat sterilization treatment by a sterilization apparatus 1, and the heat-sterilized milks are stored in an aseptic tank 2 substituted with an inert gas. The milks stored in the aseptic tank 2 are charged into a packaging container by a charging device 3.
