The method for producing the recyclable plastics from waste mainly comprising waste plastics containing coated wires includes a pretreatment process in which objects unsuitable for crashing are removed from the waste, a crashing-separation process in which the pretreated waste is crushed, and the coated wires, or the like are separated into metals and a plastic composite, and a metal removing electrostatic selection process in which the separated metals are selected and removed by electrostatic selection. The crushing is performed until the average particle size of the crushed waste is applicable to the electrostatic selection.
