To reduce a manufacturing time for three-dimensional matter by supporting a matter at a predetermined height position and arranging a base plate on an upper surface formed from an adhesive substance at the time of solidification of a material powder in a removable manner to regulate the height thereof and supplying the layer of the material powder on a separate layer to irradiate the same at the point corresponding to the cross-sectional surface of objective matter.
A preliminarily sintered flat plate 13 is arranged on a matter support 2 and the support 2 is moved to the upper part of a container 1 and the flat plate 13 is fixed to the support 2 by screws outside the container. Next, the support 2 falls so that the upper surface of the flat plate 13 lowers by the distance corresponding to one layer from the upper edge 1a of the container. Continuously, a first layer of a material is supplied to the flat plate 13 by a supply device 10 to be flattened by a wiper. Subsequently, a unit 12 controls a deflection device 6 through a control device 9 and deflected beam 7 is applied to the points of the material layer solidified according to the coordinates of objective matter and the material is solidified or sintered at these points. Next, the support 2 falls by the thickness of a succeeding layer and a second material layer is supplied by the supply device 10 to be again flattened and solidified.
