Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for injecting a chemical liquid in a timber capable of surely injecting a predetermined amount of the liquid and manufacturing the timber of stable quality at a low cost.
SOLUTION: The method for injecting the chemical liquid 11 in the timber 20 comprises the steps of charging a predetermined amount of the timber 20 in a pressure resistant tank 30, supplying the liquid 11 to the tank 30, and impregnating the timber 20 with the liquid 11. The method further comprises the steps of previously vacuum treating the timber 20 in the tank 30, then completely filling the liquid 11 in the tank 30 filled with the timber 20, then, additionally supplying the liquid 11 to the tank 30 from a metering tank 60 in a pressurized state by a pressurizing pump 70, and stopping the supply of the liquid 11 by the pump 70 when a liquid meter 80 provided in the tank 60 becomes a predetermined value.
