Abstract:

To lower temperature of a superheater cell and reduce coating and corrosion of a superheater tube by circulating and moving a fluid medium in an internal circulation fluidized bed in the order of a combusting cell, an evaporating cell, a superheating cell and the combustion cell, and conducting heat recovery in the evaporating cell and the superheating cell.

A furnace body 50 in a device for conducting heat recovery consists of a water jacket pipe structure or a refractory structure. The furnace body 50 is provided with three partitions 60, 62, 64 which establishes therein a combusting cell 52, an evaporating cell 68 and a superherter cell 72 in such a way that a fluid medium can be circulated. The combusting cell 52 is fed with combustible materials, such as RDF (refuse solid fuel), city refuse, industrial waste and the like, and further the fluid medium is fluidized by a gas (air) which is supplied from a wind box 54 provided at a lower side of the combusting cell 52 through a gas dispersing plate 56 to combust the combustible materials. The fluid medium in the combusting cell 52 is circulated and moved successively through the combusting cell 52, the evaporating cell 68, the superheater cell 72 and the combusting cell 52, so that heat is recovered by an evaporator tube 66 and a superheater tube 70.
