To provide a method and an apparatus for recycling waste aluminum by which the burning of a part of the raw material is efficiently inhibited, a high yield is improved, the occurrence of soot dust and poisonous gas is efficiently inhibited, and the waste aluminum can is economically recycled.
The method for recycling waste aluminum is composed of: a cleaning pulverization stage where the waste aluminum can and water are poured into a cleaning pulverizer, and are pulverized while being cleaned; a drying stage where the aluminum material pulverized by the cleaning pulverization stage is dried; and a melting stage where the aluminum material dried by the drying stage is poured into a melting tank in a temperature retaining state to ≥450°C that the aluminum material is melted, so as to be melted.
