Abstract:

To produce a regenerated raw material similar to a new material (virgin material).

A waste plastics is regenerated by pretreatment crushing equipment 3, rough washing/crushing equipment 5, ultrasonic washing equipment 7, dehydration equipment 9 sent to a dehydrator to perform dehydration treatment, drying equipment 11 and grinding/sorting/recovering equipment 13. The equipment 3 is constituted so as to take up a waste plastic film recovered bundle while removing foreign matter, to laterally cutting the wound matter into one or more parts at an appropriate interval by a rough cutter to remove a metal, to wash the cut ones by a first rotary washer and to crush the washed ones by a primary crusher. The equipment 5 is constituted so as to wash primarily cut matters in a second rotary washer and a circulating/sedimentation/cleaning tank, to crush the washed matters by a secondary crusher and to wash the crushed matters by a washing type quantitative feeder before supplying them. The equipment 7 is constituted so as to ultrasonically wash the secondary crushed matters by an ultrasonic washer and to separate floated matter in a specific gravity separator to send the same to a quantitative supply/pressure feed device. The equipment 11 dries dehydrated matter by a rotary dryer and the equipment 13 finely grinds the dried matter to obtain a fluff product with a size of ≤1 cm.
