Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify waste water of an egg washing machine to repeatedly use the same in egg washing as regenerated water. SOLUTION: Waste water of an egg washing machine 1 is pressurized by a pressurizing machine 12 to be roughly filtered by a first filter 13 and this filtered water is sent to a second filter 15 equipped with a UF/RO filter membrane through a circulating tank 14 to be highly filtered and sent to a regenerated water tank 16 as regenerated water being purified water. Regenerated water is adjusted to a temp. suitable for washing eggs by a heater to be sent to the egg washing machine. The waste soln. containing waste generated in the second filter 15 is sent to a waste recovery tank 17. Since the waste water of the egg washing machine is reutilized, tap water and fuel can be conserved and the sanitary environment of an egg treatment factory is enhanced.
