Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus improved for removing a polyester cover from a substrate laminating dry films.
CONSTITUTION: A cover sheet is separated from the edge of dry films laminated on the substrate through one stroke by the cooperative operation of fluted wheel and air jet nozzle, suction rollers 22 and 24 are installed while being linked with them and when they touch the surface of a substrate, rotation is started. Then, the section of the cover sheet already separated from the dry film is sucked, that section is separated from the dry film and peeled from the dry film by the suction rollers 22 and 24 and through the continuous rotations of suction rollers 22 and 24, all the cover sheet is removed from the dry film.
