Abstract:
To provide a method for removing metal wires from a waste tire capable of relatively easily separating the metal wires.
When the metal wires are removed from the waste tire 14 wherein one or more metal wires 23 are embedded in the inward leading end part of a tire body, electromagnetic waves are applied to the metal wires or the peripheries of them in an inert gas atmosphere to soften the tire body and force is applied to the metal wires to separate the metal wires from the tire body.
