To allow anyone to easily discriminate a state-changed point at a repair time and a change in state due to lapse of time regardless of knowledge of repairing background and a distance to a repaired point.
A color difference discrimination part 3 is provided at one of a repaired part 1 and a sound part 2 on the surface B1 of a concrete structure B, a transparent or translucent coating layer 4 consisting of a meshed reinforcing sheet 4a and a synthetic resin 4b for covering is laminated over the repaired part 1 and the sound part 2 with the inclusion of the color difference discrimination part 3, and then, color difference between the repaired part 1 and the sound part 2 and discoloration due to a change in state occurring after repair are observed through the coating layer 4 by progress observation, whereby the presence of a progressing change in state can be easily discriminated.
