Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of distortion and deformation in a metal plate caused by foaming pressure, by providing an auxiliary roll protruding upwardly to levitate the under surface of the metal plate from the surface of a roll conveyor between upper and lower roll conveyors so as to allow the same to freely protrude and retract through an up-and-down moving device. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary rolls 12 arranged between the rolls of the lower roll conveyor 11 arranged in a curing oven are provided so as to freely protrude and retract up and down by an up-and-down moving apparatus 13 such as a cylinder and, when said rolls 12 protrude upwardly, the under surface 4a of a metal plate 4 is brought to a state levitated from the surface of the lower roll conveyor 11. There is no possibility such that the decorative surface of the metal plate 4 generates distortion and deformation by the foaming pressure of a foamed heat insulating material 6 and, since back surface paper is supplied to the upper surface of the foamed heat insulating material 6 and pressed by an upper roll conveyor 11, the upper surface of the metal plate is finished so as to have a flat surface. By changing the number of the auxiliary rolls 12 and the shapes thereof corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the metal plate 4, products having several kinds of shapes can be prepared by one manufacturing line.
