Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a liquid sampling apparatus which can detect whether or not a nozzle for suction has sampled a liquid to be inspected, in a prescribed quantity or not.
CONSTITUTION: In a state that a nozzle 26 is in the uppermost position, a capacitance measuring part 51 measures the capacitance Cx of a sample container 23, and a suction-abnormality detection part 53 judges whether the capacitance is smaller than a capacitance Cy. When Cx≥Cy, the detection part 53 stores the Cx as a capacitance value Ca. When the nozzle 26 is lowered, the measuring part 51 measures the capacitance Cx, it is judged by a liquid-surface detection part 52 whether the Cx is larger than a prescribed value or not, and the nozzle 26 is lowered until the Cx becomes large. When the Cx becomes large, the nozzle 26 stops a lowering operation, it sucks a sample solution, and it is raised. The measuring part 51 measures the capacitance Cx, and it judges whether the Cx is smaller than Ca-Cb. When Cx>Ca-Cb, a suction abnormality is judged, and an abnormality signal is supplied to a computer 3.
