Abstract:
PURPOSE: To analyze the composition of a smoke contained gas, containing a tar portion or the like, precisely and without any trouble when the smoke contained gas generated from an incinerator or the like is sampled so as to analyze its composition.
CONSTITUTION: A smoke-contained gas which has been sampled from an incinerator 1 is gas liquid mixed with a cleaning liquid by an ejector 3, this mixture is then stirred and dissolved by a Static mixer 4 so as to be cleaned, the mixture is pressure-fed to a gas-liquid separation tank 5, the cleaning liquid which has been separated here is sucked from a liquid-layer part 6 by means of a cleaning liquid circulating pump 7, and it is pressure-fed to the ejector 3 so as to be circulated and used. A sample gas on one side is supplied to an analyzer 13 from a gas layer part 9 in a stabilized state via a water-bubbling device 10 and a header 11.
