Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a metal net and rock wool by adapting a waste fiber heat insulating material covered with or reinforced by a metal wire (e.g.; rock wool waste material fitted with a metal net) to recycling treatment.
SOLUTION: A rock wool waste material fitted with a metal net preliminarily subjected to dehydration treatment is sent into a roller compression machine B to be ground so that rock wool is easily separated from the metal net and the metal net among the metal net and ground rock wool falling on an obliquely arranged vibration screening machine C is discharged toward a receiving stand 8. The ground rock wool is allowed to fall through the vibration screening machine to be recovered in a vinyl bag 10 through a hopper 9.
