To provide a method and apparatus for simultaneously producing functional drink and functional animal feed, intended for solving such problems that when producing functional drink, the drink is made by a method of mixing lactic acid bacterium having effect of relieving allergic symptoms or a substance having relaxing effect, but an apparatus and method for making animal feed through giving functionality to lees after making the drink are not devised yet.

The method and apparatus for simultaneously producing the functional drink and functional animal feed are based on the fact that obviously some additive is necessary to increase functionality, and especially, high-priced enzymes cannot exceed a hurdle of effect on cost even if increasing functionality by mixing with mixed tea lees, but in the case of mixing enzyme with mixed tea to make drink, the ratio of mixed tea component to be eluted in drink is said to be about 30%, unlike other additive, and even though 60-70% of enzyme mixed with the mixed tea leaves is eluted, 30-40% thereof remains in tea lees. As a result of this, it is possible to simultaneously produce tea lees mixed with enzyme by drying the product as it is, and if the dry tea lees as they are become functional animal feed, it is possible to offer the functional drink and functional animal feed at low cost unlike the case of individually producing the functional drink and functional animal feed.
