Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a compact and economical sheet mounting apparatus by applying in advance adhesive agent which causes adhesion with solvent applied on a sheet and using the solvent for activating the adhesive agent.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet 10 with adhesive agent 16 applied on a predetermined position is held by vacuum-chucking by a roller 6 and cut by a cutter blade 7a for forming a label 15. The adhesive agent 16 has been applied on the label 15 on an upper face of a print layer and a front end of in a transfer direction A. When the front end of the label 15 held by vacuum-chucking a rotating drum 2 is rotated to a position of a solvent nozzle 3, solvent in a solvent tank 9 is sprayed from a nozzle port 4 to activate the adhesive agent 16 applied on the front end. The solvent is sprayed also to a rear end of the label 15 when it comes to the position of the nozzle 3. A tubelike container is supplied to the rotating drum 2 by a container supplier 11. When the label 15 with the adhesive agent 16 activated is rotated to the position of the rotating drum 2 which supplied the container, both ends of the label 15 are adhered by a star wheel 29.
