Title:
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUBSTANCE SYNTHESIS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019189935
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for ultrasonic-wave applied solid-phase reaction-based substance synthesis for the purpose of obtaining a highly-crystalline synthetic due to a solid-phase reaction utilizing highly-frequent bombardment exothermic effects caused by irradiating an ultrasonic wave directly to a mixed powder of two or more kinds of dissimilar metals.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic-wave applied solid-phase reaction-based synthetic apparatus shown in Fig. 1 utilizing existing simple ultrasonic oscillators 1-5 is configured by an infrared radiation thermometer 10 that is for measuring a temperature of a reactant due to highly-frequent bombardment exothermic effects caused by oscillation/irradiation of an ultrasonic wave through properly press-contacting an ultrasonic-oscillation-tipped horn 5 with a metal mixed powder 7 placed on a bottom of a reaction-tank quartz test tube 6 and an ultrasonic-wave oscillation output control section 1 that controls an ultrasonic-wave oscillation output based on a reactant temperature measured. Furthermore, an ultrasonic-wave applied solid-phase reaction-based synthetic apparatus shown in Fig. 2 is configured by adding a thin fluororesin tube 24 for circulating an inert gas in a reaction-tank quartz test tube in order to prevent oxidation of a reactant due to highly-frequent bombardment exothermic effects and a cylindrical heat-insulation material 22 for preventing heat dissipation of the reactant, in order to extend the open-system apparatus of Fig. 1 to a sealed-system apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
