The gas spouting means 106 is arranged at the bottom part of a vessel for storing the molten metal M and the opening size of the filter 107 is ≤1.0 μm and the inclusion in the molten metal M is caught with the inert gas G and discharged from the discharging means 104. The extremely high pure molten metal is obtained by passing through the filter 107.
