Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for drying alcohol lees and utilizing the dried alcohol lees as feed, etc., capable of shortening a drying time and saving energy and especially not impairing qualities as feed.
SOLUTION: This method for treating alcohol lees comprises a mixing process for mixing a solid B of the alcohol lees A with a water content adjuster D by a blender 8 to form a mixture E and a drying process for drying the mixture E by a dryer 11 to form a dried material F. The dryer 11 is equipped with a stirring blade 11E as a stirring mean.
