Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is need for connecting wash or a cleaning bucket housing the wash and a power source for electrolytic cleaning and that the work is laborious at the time of ultrasonic electrolytic cleaning. SOLUTION: A first electrode body 4 having plural projecting parts facing a liquid surface side is disposed on the base of a cleaning tank 2. This first electrode body 4 is connected to the power source 13 and acts as one electrode. A freely movable second electrode body 8 which is connected to the power source 13 and acts as the other electrode is arranged on the upper side of the cleaning tank 2. When the cleaning bucket 7 housing the wash is put into a cleaning liquid L by moving the second electrode body 8 at the time of cleaning, the projecting parts of the first electrode body 4 project from between the meshes of the cleaning bucket 7 and the upper surfaces of the projecting parts lift the back surface of the wash from the loading surface of the cleaning bucket and support the wash. The energization to the wash via the first electrode body 4 is then made possible. The second electrode body 8 is thereafter moved above the wash and is energized by turning on the power source 13 and when an ultrasonic wave generating means is operated, the ultrasonic electrolytic cleaning not requiring the connector operation is made possible.
