Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and apparatus for winding a coil at high space factor by improving a rotary shaft type motor coil winding technology thereby applying arranged winding on a multipolar core while keeping the advantages (e.g. causing no torsion of wire) of rotary shaft type technology.
CONSTITUTION: An XYZ reciprocal table 31 is inclined by an angle θ, or an index pole 30b is inclined by the angle θ, or both of them are inclined so that the sum of inclination angles will be θ. Consequently, a nozzle 9 inclines by the inclination angle θ of the inductor tooth of the core 4 against a spindle shaft 14 and traverses in the longitudinal direction.
