An apparatus is provided with at least a pair of cylindrical rolls 20, 22, which are rotation-driven synchronously each other while holding a stock 3 to be worked between the cylindrical faces, drill parts 21 protruding from a cylindrical face 20a are arranged at least to one roll 20 of the cylindrical rolls as being apart each other, further, recessed holes 23 to accommodate the drill parts are arranged apart each other to the positions matching to the drill parts at least to the other roll 22 of the cylindrical rolls, thus, while holding the stock 3 to be worked between the cylindrical faces 20a, 22a, the stock to be worked is pierced by fitting the drill parts into the recessed holes.
