Abstract:
PURPOSE: To greatly save labor in a loading and unloading work.
CONSTITUTION: A load applying device 7 for testing an elevator cage 2 is composed of a chain-like member, and is introduced into the cage 2 which is stopped at a height lower than a hall floor 9 Meanwhile it is carried away from the cage 2 which is stopped at a height higher than the hall floor 9. Accordingly, since the device 7 is composed of a chain-like member, it is automatically and successively moved by its dead weight from a higher position to a lower position.
