Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling a conical roller bearing that can stably assemble a roller having a small diameter variance between a small end face and a large end face, in a normal direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for assembling a conical roller bearing. A conical roller of a conical roller bearing has 2 mm or smaller of a diameter variance that is a variance between a diameter of a small end face and a diameter of a large end face and formed with a through-hole extending along an axial direction at the axis thereof to form a hollow roller. The conical roller is assembled to an inner race using a jig capable of grasping a direction of the conical roller by passage of the conical roller by having the conical roller pass through the jig.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
