A gap enclosed by the inner peripheral surface of a divided tool holder 3a, a draw bar 2 and O-rings 20, 20 is formed in a state in which the draw bar 2 is inserted into a tool holder 3 in which the plurality of divided tool holders 3a are connected in series. A filler 15 is filled into the gap to fix a support bush 14 to the divided tool holder 3a. An adjustment screw 13 of an arm 6 held circumferentially away from each other on the divided tool holder 3a is turned to adjust the distance between a pin 10 and the arm 6, and thereby the projection amount in the radial direction of each grindstone 7 is adjusted. The projecting amount is adjusted so that the plurality of grindstones 7 rotate along a same rotational trajectory and the center of the rotational trajectory agrees with the axis of the draw bar.
