PURPOSE: To assemble a motor without causing a damage to a bearing or to a groove of a shaft, by fixing the shaft and a bracket through axially fitting a collar to the shaft and inserting it into the shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A bracket 11 is fitted to a stator. A bearing 13 is fitted into a bearing housing of the bracket 11. A collar 16 is inserted into a shaft 14 with a flange 18 in front. With a click 17 of the flange 18 and a slit, the flange 18 is stretched circumferentially, so that the collar 16 can be inserted into the shaft 14. The collar 16 thus inserted into the shaft 14 acts as a snap ring in the axial direction of the shaft 14 and the bearing 13. Using this collar 16, the shaft is fixed to the bracket 11.
