Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the construction of a shield tunnel receiving an inner pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of twisted PC wires 2 are buried along an arced face so as to be able to freely slide without contact with concrete by use of a sheath, in the inside of a segment 1 formed on a square arched plate made of reinforced concrete. One end of the twisted PC wire 2 is anchored on the connection end face of the segment 1 and the other end is bent to the inner face side of the segment at the connection end face of the other side. A nut 4 is fitted to the other end and connected to the sheath and fitted to a guide hole 5 provided at the connection end face at the other side to be able to freely slide and a bolt insertion hole 7 connected to the guide hole 5 at the connection end face of segment 1 and opened at the other end at the fitting recession 6 provided at the inner face of adjacent segment is fitted at the segment 1. The tension bolts 8 inserted in the bolt insertion holes 7 from the fitting recessions 6 are screwed into the nuts 4 and fastened in the connection end face of the mutual segments 1, 1 and the twisted PC wires 2 are stretched to get the prestress.
