PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of work for attachment of an exterior panel, reduce the labor and secure the safety.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 2 is provided along one side of a building so as to be lifted and lowered by a lifting means, and, on the ground, a plurality of large-sized exterior unit panels 41 fabricated beforehand on the frame 2 are integrally assembled so as to have a size corresponding to a desired size of one side of the building, which are fixedly attached onto the frame 2 so as to be lifted to a specific location at the upper part of the building and fixed to the side of the building 1. And the assembled frame 2 and the panels 41 are released and lowered onto the ground by the lifting means, and at the succeeding lower storied, these operations are repeated to successively perform the attachment work.
