To easily perform the fine adjustment of the position of an ink-jet head by a simple means by attaching the ink-jet head to a pedestal by finely adjusting the position thereof by the use of the multiaxis fine adjustment mechanism of an attaching device.
The ink-jet head 1 is attached to the pedestal 2 by adjusting the position of the head 1 by the use of a grasping part grasping the head 1, a coarse adjustment mechanism moving the grasping part and the attaching device where the grasping part is fixed on the coarse adjustment mechanism by the multiaxis fine adjustment mechanism 3. In such a case, the head 1 is grasped by a handling arm 5 being the grasping part. Then, it is moved by a robot arm 6 equipped with the coarse adjustment mechanism to a position near to the pedestal 2 to which the head 1 is attached in a color filter producing device. It is moved to a position which is accurately adjusted by the mechanism 3. The mechanism 3 consists of an x-axis fine adjustment mechanism 4A, a y-axis fine adjustment mechanism 4B, a z-axis fine adjustment mechanism 4C and a θ-axis fine adjustment mechanism 4D.
